Shipments from all of our warehouses are delivery duty unpaid. The final cost does not include import duties and sales taxes, all these additional fees must be paid by the customers.

You should expect to pay any amount charged by the government in your respective country. This includes, and is not limited to, duties, taxes and any extra fees charged by the courier company.
We are not responsible for any extra charges once the original package has been shipped. 

*If the customer refuses to pay these extra charges, the package might be dropped by customs or returned to us, and we will not refund any amount of money.

COVID-19 Shipment Upgrade Notice:

During the outbreak, it may take longer than usual for the post office to process your package, and the tracking info may not be updated for a while. Please give the post office more time to transport your package and update your tracking info.

And your package will be shipped out within 5-7 business days.

Warranty Policy:

Generally, all of our MPNETDEAL products have a full 6-months warranty and 30 days money-back guaranteed from the receipt of original order. If your product does not meet your needs within this period, feel free to contact us by email to let us know what we can do to help you.
